    Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

    Location: Dallas, TX

    Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Our client is a close-knit, patient-centered dental practice in Dallas, Texas, seeking a friendly, gentle, and outgoing Registered Dental Hygienist to join their long-standing team.     Practice Details:

    • Small, established team of 3
    • 2 operatories
    • Single-column hygiene
    • No hygiene assistant (ample time is built into appointments)
    • Eaglesoft dental software
    • Many long-term, loyal patients

    Schedule:

    • Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • $50–$57 per hour, based on experience
    • Paid vacation
    • Holiday pay
    • In-office dental coverage
    • Scrub stipend provided

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
    • Perform dental cleanings and take digital X-rays
    • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
    • Follow all infection control and safety protocols
    • Deliver an exceptional, family-oriented patient experience

    Qualifications:

    • Active Texas RDH license in good standing
    • CPR certification
    • Friendly, outgoing, and gentle chairside manner
    • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
    • Looking for a long-term position within a stable practice
