COMPENSATION

$49–$53 / hour based on experience and nitrous certificate

• Multi-location shift bonus - earn extra when you pick up at a second location
• Annual merit reviews - your growth is recognized and rewarded

YOUR SCHEDULE

• 3 or 4-day schedules (full 10-hour days)
• No late evenings - home for dinner every night
• Pick up extra shifts when YOU want
• PTO, you’re actually encouraged to use

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Current RDH license in New York
• Passion for pediatric care (we’ll train you on our systems!)
• Team player who thrives in collaboration
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

You’ll provide preventive care for amazing kids while being fully supported by our pod system. Each pod works as a tight team - assistants, hygienists, and doctors collaborating seamlessly. Our top-of-license model means you focus on what you do best while our stellar support team handles everything else.
