We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join a dynamic dental team in Carmel IN. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting oral health, educating patients, and providing high-quality preventative dental care. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
- Take and process digital dental X-rays
- Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
- Apply preventive materials such as fluoride and sealants
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
- Assist in identifying signs of potential oral health issues and communicate findings to the dentist
- Maintain accurate patient records and hygiene notes
- Sterilize and maintain hygiene instruments and treatment areas in compliance with infection control standards
- Support the dental team with patient care and office procedures as needed
Requirements:
- Valid and current Registered Dental Hygienist license in INDIANA
- X-Ray certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Experience with dental software is a plus
- Must Be bi-lingual Haitian Creole or French
