Registered Dental Hygienist – Apple Valley, MN

Location: Apple Valley, MN

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 32–40 hours per week

Multiple opportunities are currently available in the Apple Valley area, providing additional flexibility when determining the right practice and schedule.

Compensation

• $60–$65/hour, based on experience
• Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $99,840–$135,200/year, depending on weekly hours
• Competitive bonus system
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 may be available

Position Summary

We are seeking Registered Dental Hygienists to join established practices in the Apple Valley, MN area. With multiple current openings, this is an excellent opportunity to explore different practice environments and find the schedule and team that best fit your goals.

You'll have the opportunity to focus on preventive and periodontal care while receiving the clinical, educational, and benefits support of an established dental organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene services
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
• Complete periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
• Obtain diagnostic radiographs
• Educate patients regarding oral health and recommended treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with doctors and clinical team members
• Maintain infection control and clinical safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist license or eligibility for licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Team-oriented approach to patient care
• New graduates welcome
