Registered Dental Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Navarro Dentistry is seeking a qualified, caring, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who is passionate about patient care and committed to creating a positive dental experience. Position Requirements

• Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and help them feel comfortable.
• Review medical history and update patient records accurately.
• Discuss treatment plans with patients and answer questions regarding procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to infection control standards.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Take dental radiographs and digital impressions as needed.
