What We’re Looking For:
  • A detail-oriented RDA with excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, team-player mindset who is friendly, caring, and eager to learn.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and comfort.
  • Loves or is curious about digital dentistry/technology.
  • Bilingual is a big plus.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist dentists and hygienists during a wide variety of procedures.
  • Take accurate digital radiographs and intra-oral photos.
  • Record patient medical history, vitals, and other key data.
  • Learn and help with digital workflows—facial scanning, 3D printing, and designing.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment properly.
  • Care for children with kindness and patience.
  • Ensure every patient has a positive, comfortable visit.
  • Support fellow team members whenever needed.

Requirements:
  • Active Texas RDA license.
  • Current BLS certificate.
