Premier Family Dental is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our productive, patient-focused team in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.
Location
5690 Santa Teresita Drive, Santa Teresa, NM 88008, just across the New Mexico state line from west El Paso. This position is in person at Premier Family Dental in Santa Teresa.
Schedule
Full time, Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
What you will do
• Support the doctor and clinical team with organized, efficient dental assisting.
• Prepare for treatment, anticipate the doctor's needs, and help keep appointments on schedule.
• Provide a welcoming patient experience and communicate clearly with patients and teammates.
• Follow practice systems and contribute to consistent, high-quality patient care.
What you bring
• At least two years of dental assisting experience.
• Dependability, strong organization, and a team-oriented approach.
• A commitment to learning and providing excellent patient care.
• Current licenses or certifications required for assigned New Mexico dental assisting duties, maintained throughout employment.
Compensation
$15–$22 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
$500 signing bonus payable after completing one year of employment.
Benefits
Eligible regular team members receive benefits under the office Team Manual, including paid holidays and leave, dental care for employees and eligible family members, and approved continuing education support. Dental benefits begin after 90 days of continuous employment; lab fees are excluded. Paid vacation is available after one year, subject to eligibility and policy. Benefit eligibility, waiting periods and plan terms apply. Medical coverage may be available to eligible team members under the applicable plan.
