Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Position Overview:
Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking three qualified Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to join a dynamic dental team in Atwater, CA. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a strong commitment to patient care. Candidates must be comfortable working at multiple office locations within the Atwater area.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
- Support front office duties as needed
Qualifications:- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between two office locations in Atwater
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
