Responsibilities:- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
- Take digital X-rays and assist with digital photography.
- Prepare, sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
- Set up and break down treatment rooms
Qualifications- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure
- Previous experience as a dental assistant
- Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent punctuality and dependable attendance.
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care
- Bilingual Spanish candidate preferred but not required
