Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for examinations and treatments by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and explaining procedures.
Assist physicians and nurses during medical examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
Administer injections, medications, and vaccines under the supervision of healthcare providers.
Perform routine laboratory tests and collect specimens for analysis.
Handle basic wound care, dressing changes, and removing sutures.
Greet and escort patients to examination rooms, ensuring they are comfortable.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Provide patient education on treatments, procedures, medications, and post-care instructions.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer software. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience working as a Medical Assistant or in a healthcare setting.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; additional education in medical assisting preferred.
Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
