Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Provide Both one-on-one & group therapy sessions
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA/BCaBA
Collect & graph behavioral data accurately
Maintain & update client program books & weekly program writing
Support development in communication, adaptive behavior, social skills, self-care, and motor skills
Maintain professional communication with families and clinical supervisors while Ensuring confidentiality for all clients and families
Participate in ongoing training & professional development
Travel between locations
Qualifications & Requirements
Active RBT Certification
Strong understanding of ABA strategies including DTT, PECS, PRT
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Ability to work independently & collaboratively
Ability to stand & move for extended periods
Ability to carry up to 25 pounds
