Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We at TRC are supporting an ABA therapy team grow and bring on more RBT's to join their team. In this role, you will provide intensive behavioral intervention services to children with ASD and other developmental delays in home settings. The RBT is responsible for direct implementation of behavior intervention programs, accurate documentation, collaboration with supervising BCBAs/BCaBAs, and supporting clients in achieving meaningful developmental progress.
Location: Cumming, GA
Pay: $28/hr
Schedule:Monday through Friday after 3pm

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide Both one-on-one & group therapy sessions

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA/BCaBA

  • Collect & graph behavioral data accurately

  • Maintain & update client program books & weekly program writing

  • Support development in communication, adaptive behavior, social skills, self-care, and motor skills

  • Maintain professional communication with families and clinical supervisors while Ensuring confidentiality for all clients and families

  • Participate in ongoing training & professional development

  • Travel between locations

What We're Looking For

  • Active RBT Certification

  • Strong understanding of ABA strategies including DTT, PECS, PRT

  • Excellent communication & organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently & collaboratively

  • Ability to stand & move for extended periods

  • Ability to carry up to 25 pounds
