    **Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)**

    **Position Overview:**
    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team of professionals. The RBT will work closely under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavioral programs, aiming to improve the skills and well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is essential in facilitating and measuring the progress of clients towards their behavioral goals.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    - Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA in a consistent and reliable manner.
    - Collect and record data on client progress and behavior as per the program requirements.
    - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings, including but not limited to, home, school, and community environments.
    - Assist in conducting assessments as needed and provide feedback about progress and areas needing attention.
    - Participate in regular training and supervision sessions to enhance skill set and maintain certification requirements.
    - Communicate effectively with team members, families, and other stakeholders regarding client progress and program updates.
    - Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.

    **Qualifications:**

    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
    - Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician certification.
    - Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
    - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Must have reliable transportation, as travel to various locations may be required.
    - Flexibility in work hours to meet client needs, including potential evenings and weekends.
