Salary: $24 - $28 per hour
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Behavior Technician to join our clinical team. This is an ideal opportunity for a behavior technician who is actively pursuing BCBA certification and is looking to earn required supervision hours while stepping into a leadership role.
The Lead Behavior Technician will maintain a direct caseload, support BCBAs with clinical and administrative responsibilities, and play a key role in training, mentoring, and supporting other RBTs. This position is designed to support professional growth, leadership development, and advancement within the field of ABA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention to children with Autism and other behavioral disorders in the clinic setting as outlined by the Treatment Plans
- Maintain a direct caseload while balancing support responsibilities.
- Under the supervision of a BCBA, develops and creates programs, goals, materials, and for clients
- Develops and creates training and educational materials for use by other Technicians with the supervision of a BCBA
- Trains new technicians; offers support and shadows as necessary
- Provides job-specific direction and guidance to other Technicians
- Under supervision of a BCBA, provides support and education to families
- Participates in daily maintenance (cleaning, stocking, organizing, etc.) of clinic
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least one of the following required: 1) Completed college coursework in following areas: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or 2) a minimum of one year experience working with children or adults in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professionals, Behavior Interventionist/Therapist, or Behavior Technician
- Enrolled in a BCBA or BCaBA-approved coursework program (strongly preferred)
- Successful completion of 40-hours and ABA training.
- Active or able to obtain state or program license/certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (as applicable per state and/or client requirement)
- CPR, First-Aid, and De-escalation/Crisis Certification required.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (as applicable per state and/or client requirement)
- Excellent communication skills
- Technological proficiency including mobile devices for documentation
- Proficiency in the English language required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
