Chasing Your Dreams LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized ABA services to children and adolescents in home and school settings.


This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to transition to full-time.


Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Use ABA strategies
• Collect accurate data 
• Complete timely and professional session documentation
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and/or schools
• Dependable attendance and strong professional communication
• Ability to follow clinical programming and accept ongoing coaching and feedback
• Ability to remain active and engaged throughout sessions
• Successful completion of required background checks and onboarding requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• $24–$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Part-time schedule (25 hours) with the opportunity to transition to full-time
