As a K-12 RBT in
Statesville,NC, your days will include providing direct student care such as:
- Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBA.
- Accurately collect and record behavior data.
- Support students in classroom participation, transitions, and social development.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Follow ethical guidelines as outlined by the BACB.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and completion of 40-hour RBT training.
- Active RBT certification through the BACB.
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
