Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time, afternoon and morning times available.

 

Hours:M-F 3:30-6:30pm, M-F 9-2pm

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
  • Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
  • Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process
  • Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Current RBT certification
  • Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
