    Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

     

    Job description:

    We here at ABA Achievers are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to become an integral part of our mission-driven clinical team. If you have a passion for helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential, we want you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
    • supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
    • Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
    • Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)process and report observations to supervising BCBA

    Skills:

    • Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
    • Maintain professional communication with families
    • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working
    • with children with developmental disabilities
    • Current RBT certification
    • Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation supporting the autism community
