Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt) - Michigan

Pay: $23–$26/hour

Schedule: Flexible, part-time opportunities

Settings: Home and center

Certification: Active RBT certification preferred; support toward certification is available

Help children build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work with a clinical team that supports your training and professional growth.

What you’ll do

• Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions.
• Help clients practice daily living and personal care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene.
• Record accurate data on client progress.
• Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend scheduled sessions, staff meetings, and training.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field
• Able to work Part-Time shifts M-F. Around 15-20 hours of work per week.
• Must be willing to work in clinic AND family homes
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is preferred but not required
• Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
• CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
• Safety Care Trained preferred, annual paid training
