Responsibilities - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills- Maintain a safe and positive therapeutic environment Experience - Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques- Knowledge of behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques- Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Requirements - Medicaid Provider ID Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Schedule: Evenings as needed.
