Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis. Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy  is looking to hire a Part Time registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in LOCATION.

Overview:

Position: Registered Behavior Technician

Location: 1860 W Winchester Rd Libertyville IL 60048

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary)

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00/hour (pending experience)

 

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy  is looking to hire a Part Time registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in LOCATION. In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst  (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.

Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers 
• Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
• Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
• Some travel may be required

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• High school diploma or GED
• Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification
• CPR certification
• Previous therapy experience
