What You’ll Do as an RBT
- Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy
- Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate session data and complete notes
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Active RBT certification (BACB)
- Active NVABA registration (or soon to be active)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to pass background screening
