Registered Behavior Technician RBT
Location: Havelock, NC
Position: Part Time
Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour+ $500.00 90-day bonus and 50% pay for last minute client cancelations
Schedule: Afternoon and early evening hours Monday through Friday. Saturday opportunities available.

Responsibilities


  • Provide one on one ABA therapy in clients' homes
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect accurate behavioral data and complete session documentation
  • Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications


  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of ABA experience required
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician Certification
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping children and families thrive
