Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Durham, NC

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered BehaviorTechnicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. Whether you're an experienced RBT or newly certified, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team committed to quality care, professional development, and helping you grow in the field of ABA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to
• children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect session data and complete documentation using our
• electronic data collection system
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to
• support client progress
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients
• and families
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

  POSITION DETAILS

  Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour

  Required Availability: (Monday – Friday), 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  Service Setting: Hybrid - In-Clinic & In-Community

  Schedule: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM in clinic and 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM in the community
