Description

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

We here at Greater Goals ABA are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to become an integral part of our mission-driven clinical team. If you have a passion for helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential, we want you.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBAsupervision across home, school, and center-basedsettings
  • Collect accurate session data and enterdocumentation into Rethink within 24 hours of eachsession
  • Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behaviorintervention plans (BIPs)
  • Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-inprocess
  • Maintain professional communication with familiesand report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience workingwith children with developmental disabilities
  • Current RBT certification
  • Experience with ABA data collection and sessiondocumentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, creativity, and genuine passion forsupporting the autism community
