    Description

    We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-clinic team. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. You'll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

    Position Details

    • Type: Part-Time

    • Hours: Approx. 19 hours per week

    • Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday 1:00 PM- 4:00 PM and Weds 9:00 AM-4:00 PM

    What You'll Do:

    • Provide direct ABA therapy in an in-school and clinic-based setting

    • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

    • Collect accurate data and maintain detailed session notes using Rethink software

    • Support clients in skill-building and independence

    • Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and the clinical team

    • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

    What We're Looking For:

    • Current RBT certification from the BACB (required)

    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred experience in-school and clinic-based)

    • Strong background in managing challenging behaviors

    • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

    • Ability to manage challenging behaviors professionally
