    Location: Miami Beach, FL
    Job Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)
    Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)
    Work Setting: In-home, School-based

    ABA Squad is a high-quality, ethically-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinical company providing services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training.

    Available Case Times:
    • Monday - Friday (9:30am - 12:30pm)  [In-Home; Miami Beach]
    Key Responsibilities
    • Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
    • Create program materials as needed
    • Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
    • Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
    • Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
    • Attend therapist trainings and team meetings
    Qualifications
    • Current RBT certification in good standing 
    • Experience working with children preferred
    • Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
    • Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
