Liftoff ABA delivers high quality, family centered ABA therapy across New Jersey. We partner with BCBAs, caregivers, and schools to create measurable progress for children and teens with autism.

What You Will Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs

• Collect clean, real-time data on a tablet or phone

• Write same-day session notes that meet payer requirements

• Communicate updates to your supervising BCBA and families

• Follow safety plans and uphold ethical standards (BACB, HIPAA)

Schedule and Coverage

• Full time or part time

• Openings across North, Central, and South Jersey

• Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability preferred

What You Bring

• Active RBT credential or eligibility to obtain within 60 days

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelors preferred

• Reliable transportation and smartphone

• Clear background check. Current CPR and TB test or ability to obtain

• Professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication

• Bilingual skills are a plus
