Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job DescriptionRegistered Behavior Technicians work with individuals of all ages to help improve their lives and their ability tointeract with those around them. The RBT will be responsible for observing the individual's interactions with variousenvironments to identify social and behavioral issues, such as self-injury or aggression. The RBT will be responsiblefor direct observation, collecting data and providing training and support to team members.Responsibilities: Observe individuals in home and community settings Complete Assessment to report to Director of Behavior Services Provide training and support to team members Attend Circle of Support and Team Meetings Complete on-going assessment of services Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior. Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client's individualized treatment and behavior reductionprotocols. Effectively communicate client progress Maintain client confidentiality. Collaborate with treatment team including client, parents and caregivers, outside professionals, Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainingQualifications: Must be a Registered Behavior Technician Valid driver's license with your own transport. Excellent verbal and report writing skills. Calm, empathic, and patient.
