Apply today and make every afternoon count!Pay: We offer our Registered Behavior Technician a competitive wage of $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience.Benefits:401(k) with company matchPaid time off (PTO)Sick timeIf this sounds like the right part-time opportunity, keep reading!SCHEDULE FOR OUR REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN:This is a part-time position, working Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 7 PM as part of our after-school program.YOUR ROLE AS A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN:In this role, you'll spend your afternoons providing one-on-one care to children with autism, guiding them through engaging therapeutic activities, implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, tracking progress through precise data collection, supporting families with behavioral strategies, and collaborating with your clinical team to adjust interventions, while always maintaining professionalism, safety, and confidentiality.In order to do this, you'll need the following:Active RBT certificationHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to collect accurate data and maintain HIPAA-compliant recordsStrong communication skillsPatience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others improve their lives through behavioral therapyUnderstanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentialityExperience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities and knowledge of ABA principles are preferred.OUR COMPANYWe are a compassionate, family-centered provider of evidence-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
