    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children
    • Implement behavior plans created by a BCBA
    • Collect session data & maintain documentation
    • Build positive relationships with clients & families
    • Collaborate with supervisors and teammates

    Requirements:

    • Active RBT certification (BACB)
    • Active Nevada ABA registration (or soon to be active)
    • Passion for working with children
    • Reliable transportation
    • Strong communication & teamwork skills
    • Ability to pass background screening
