Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract
Locations: Longwood, FL | Kissimmee, FL | Davenport, FL
Pay: $23 - $27 per hour (based on experience)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking to make a meaningful impact? We are recruiting to fill multiple positions for our client, an ABA services company based in Longwood, FL.
Position Details:
- Open to full-time, part-time, or contract positions
- Work will be performed in homes or schools
- Flexible scheduling based on client needs

Responsibilities of the Registered Behavior Technician:
- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals.
- Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home, school, or community environments.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behavioral health.
Requirements for the Registered Behavior Technician:
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
Preferred Qualifications
- RBT Certification
- Active school badge for working in schools
- Previous experience providing ABA therapy in home or school settings
