Location: Boulder, Colorado
Contract Duration: 36 weeks
Compensation: Up To $35/Hour Based on Experience

Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant training or experience in special education or behavioral interventions.

Certifications Requirements:

• RBT License strongly preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required or in training—must not be in supervision.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of special education classroom experience in a public school setting.
• Experience working with students with autism, particularly in elementary settings.
• Ability to work with students primarily in grades 2 and 3.

Other Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be a flexible team player.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse student needs.
• Ability to work during student attendance days only.
• Willingness to participate in optional training days during the year.
• Ability to work approximately 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at Nederland Elementary and 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Coal Creek Elementary.
• Must be able to pass background checks and comply with school district policies.
