In this role, you will deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes, helping them build essential life skills to reach their full potential by using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. In this role, you will deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes, helping them build essential life skills to reach their full potential by using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Job Responsibilities
 Under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

• Implement individualized behavior support and treatment plans.
• Conduct discrete trial training (DTT) and other evidence-based interventions.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition.
• Encourage positive behavior while reducing interfering behaviors.

Requirements:
 

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Comfortable with physical activity: standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Experience working with children
