We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as RBT/Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes, helping them build essential life skills to reach their full potential by using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
Job Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:
- Implement individualized behavior support and treatment plans.
- Conduct discrete trial training (DTT) and other evidence-based interventions.
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition.
- Encourage positive behavior while reducing interfering behaviors.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Comfortable with physical activity: standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
