    No ABA experience? No problem!

    We provide paid training and guide you through becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)—an industry-recognized credential that can strengthen your resume and graduate school applications.

    Most of our Team Therapists earn their RBT certification within 60 days of hire.

    What You'll Do

    As a Behavior Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques while receiving ongoing support from our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

    Responsibilities include:

    • Implement individualized treatment plans
    • Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
    • Collect session data using provided tablets
    • Collaborate with BCBAs and your clinical team
    • Help children reach meaningful developmental milestones
    • Create a fun, engaging learning environment

    Qualifications

    We're looking for individuals who:

    • Enjoy working with children ages 2–10
    • Are dependable, positive, and eager to learn
    • Have strong communication skills
    • Are punctual and reliable
    • Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel between clinic locations if needed
    • Can lift up to 35 pounds
    • Can kneel, squat, crawl, sit on the floor, and stand for extended periods during therapy sessions

    Preferred Experience

    Experience is helpful but not required.

    We provide all necessary training for motivated candidates.

    Additional Requirements

    Upon hire, employees must:

    • Complete the 40-hour RBT Training Program (provided by Blossom)
    • Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification (live instruction)
    • Successfully complete the RBT certification process within the required timeframe
