ABA Love is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a minimum of
1 year of hands-on ABA experience to join our clinic-based team. We are looking for compassionate, reliable professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality, ethical services to children and families.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of ABA experience
- Active RBT certification OR
- Ability to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of employment
- Strong implementation skills and professionalism
- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team
- Reliable attendance and commitment to quality documentation
- Bilingual a plus but not needed
Compensation:
- Starting at $19.00/hour and higher, based on experience and skill level
