Registered Architect/Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Architecture to support and oversee architectural projects from conceptual design through construction documentation and administration.

The ideal candidate will have strong architectural design and technical expertise, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams. This role requires a professional who can deliver functional, safe, visually appealing, and code-compliant architectural solutions while maintaining project quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to various phases of architectural design, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.

• Develop creative, practical, and site-responsive design solutions that align with client requirements.

• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical accuracy and project integration.

• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

• Oversee the work of junior architects, designers, and interns, providing mentorship and technical guidance.

• Participate in client meetings, site visits, construction inspections, and project coordination meetings.

• Prepare meeting minutes, field reports, and relevant project documentation.

• Research materials, building products, and construction systems to support design development and detailing.

• Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable zoning regulations, building codes, ADA requirements, and sustainability objectives.

• Collaborate with project managers to monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

• Identify and resolve design, technical, and coordination challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture.

• Professional architectural licensure is preferred.

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Strong knowledge of building systems, architectural detailing, and construction methodologies.

• Understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and applicable building regulations.

• Excellent design, communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in architectural project coordination and delivery.

• Familiarity with construction administration and site inspections.

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.

• Experience mentoring junior architectural professionals.
