Salary: $95000 -$110000

Position Summary:

Regional Zone Manager - Exterior Services is the operations and talent management leader for all

members of a regional team and ensures service delivery in a manner that meets or exceeds client

expectations. Keeps the Regional Vice President informed of all activities. Interacts with key levels of customer

business to ensure and maintain ongoing customer engagement. Drives the field management process by

maximizing accountability with key company objectives centered on exceptional service, customer

retention, revenue growth and quality assurance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing the following duties:

• Oversees account management, internal processes, and performance metrics for Exterior Services zone
• management team
• Ensures adherence to all Company and functional policies, as well as standard operating procedures
• Meets with and coaches team on key company objectives outlined by management, including clearly
• defined expectations, appropriately assigned work and tasks
• Ensures that progress toward goals and objectives are being made
• Analyzes key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborates
• with various internal teams to deliver measurable solutions
• Grows enhancement revenue sales by our field team
• Supports and executes the calendar of events from pre-season preparations through post-season
• shutdown for landscape and snow
• Increases project completion percentages for all exterior services accounts
• Manages customer issues as they arise during day-to-day operations
• Supports business development growth by assessing potential customer needs and presenting
• operations process and value to potential customers
• Collaborates with other departments to identify procedural issues and trends
• Works with RVP on performance management issues
• Conducts regular walk throughs with contractors at location of service; coach and train contractors to
• complete scopes of work for all work assigned
• Assesses contractor work and provides concise and timely written communication to vendor and
• contractors for work not being properly completed
• Work to resolve any issues up to and including replacing the contractor(s) with vendor(s) or replacing the
• providing vendor
• Sources new qualified vendor/contractors

Knowledge:

• Exterior Services industry operations management
• Customer communication and relationship management
• OSHA and related safe use and application of chemicals
• General exterior services equipment knowledge
• Communicating project changes and progress while maintaining project deadlines within budget
• Management reporting and time management
• Basic MS Office applications

Experience:

• 3-4 years management experience
• 3 or more years in exterior services industry preferred
• Multi-site management experience preferred
• Successful experience in developing and maintaining vendor relationships
• Experience in managing budgets
• Landscape and Snow industry experience is a plus

The salary range for this position is based on market data and is intended to provide a general guideline for the position. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. The final offer will be determined through a comprehensive evaluation during the hiring process.
