Position Overview

The Regional Vice President will provide leadership across multiple locations, supporting business performance, team development, and operational execution.

This leader will work closely with local management teams to strengthen accountability, improve consistency, and support long-term growth.

• Oversee financial and operational performance
• Strengthen accountability and execution
• Improve processes, reporting, and operating consistency
• Support leadership development and organizational growth
• Partner with senior leadership on key business priorities
• Support expansion and integration efforts
• Build strong relationships across teams and locations

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an experienced multi-site operations leader with strong P&L knowledge and a track record of developing teams and improving business performance.

Strong candidates will bring collaborative leadership skills, financial acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a growing organization.

Work Environment & Travel

This is an on-site leadership position in Florida with periodic travel between operating locations.

Compensation

Base Salary: $180K-$200K

Bonus: Performance-based bonus
