    A national leader in commercial and industrial services is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee a large, distributed branch network. This executive will hold full P&L responsibility and lead strategic growth, operational excellence, and employee engagement across a multi-state region. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, financially savvy leader with strong operational discipline and the ability to inspire teams in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as a member of the regional leadership team, defining strategic priorities for growth while ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

    • Champion a culture of safety and accountability across all levels of the organization.

    • Lead and develop a high-performance team, fostering collaboration and engagement aligned with company values.

    • Partner with executive leadership to establish goals, KPIs, budgets, and long-term plans.

    • Manage regional financial performance, including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost optimization.

    • Oversee the integration of acquisitions, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment.

    • Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to drive business expansion and strengthen customer relationships.

    • Standardize and continuously improve operational processes and service delivery.

    • Promote innovation to enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitability.

    • Partner with HR and leadership on workforce planning and talent development.

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of senior leadership experience within industrial, mechanical, or technical services sectors.

    • Proven track record managing a P&L of $150M+ within a decentralized, branch-based environment.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

    • Strong financial acumen and analytical ability to drive performance and strategic planning.

    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    • Demonstrated success leading operational transformation and fostering growth-oriented teams.

    • Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
