This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. 

• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• $0.65-$0.72 per mile*
• Chassis flip pay: $20 per hour 
• Cross-town pay: $20-$60 per move
• Detention pay: $20-$25 per hour
• Driver assist pay: $25 per occurrence
• Drop/hook pay: $38 per stop
• Empty move pay: $15 per stop
• Empty search pay: $15 per occurrence
• Excessive dunnage pay: $15 per occurrence
• Hands on safety training pay: $22 per hour
• Hazmat load pay: $25 per load
• Holiday pay: $220 per day
• Layover pay: $20 per hour
• Live lift pay: $15 per occurrence
• Live load/unload pay: $65 per stop
• Mandatory meeting pay:$22 per hour
• Mechanical breakdown pay: $20 per hour
• MW surcharge pay: $50 per occurrence
• New hire training pay: $250 per day
• Rail delay pay: $20 per hour
• Recovery pay: $25 per occurrence
• Reefer crosstown pay: $15 per load
• Refrigerated load pay: $30 per load
• Refused delivery pay: $40 per load
• Spotting work pay: $5 per move
• Trailer wash pay: $15 per occurrence
• Truck detailing pay: $50 per occurrence
• Virtual safety training pay: $20 per hour
• Waiting on power unit pay: $20 per hour
• Yard work pay: $20 per hour
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $90,000
