This position is: Onsite (Sherman Oaks, CA)
What is the Length of assignment: 3-month temporary assignment

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Regional Support Specialist opportunity with our client -- a financial services organization known for its precision in asset management, tax compliance, and operational excellence.

The Regional Support Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

Agent Support & Onboarding

  • Provide white-glove service and act as the first point of contact by greeting and directing visiting agents and clients to workspaces or conference rooms, promoting support teams like Primary Services and Transaction Concierge.
  • Support agents with technology, process, and operational questions, coordinating with Agent Services operational teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
  • Facilitate the full agent onboarding and intake process, conduct comprehensive office orientations, provide training on company tools, and introduce affiliated partners.

Marketing Support

  • Execute marketing strategies, act as a liaison to the marketing department, manage office social media accounts, hold support sessions for key programs, and communicate marketing initiatives to agents.

Branch Leader & Culture Support

  • Serve as the "Culture Carrier " for the branch by promoting a friendly, inclusive office culture, driving events, promoting company community initiatives, and creating a collaborative community environment.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to provide coaching and business plan development support for agents, serving as an accountability partner for their business goals.
  • Support the Branch Manager in preparing for sales meetings, maintaining promotional items, reporting awards, and recognizing agent performance.
  • Assist in agent recruitment by pulling local non-affiliated agent production reports, license data, and contact information, as well as setting recruiting appointments and office visits.

Office Organization

  • Maintain office operations by keeping adequate inventory of supplies, ensuring timely mail distribution, and collaborating with IT/facilities to keep all items in working order.
  • Identify and implement potential process or product enhancements to improve office efficiency.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support, customer service, or office management
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms and executing marketing programs
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to assist with business planning
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Prior experience in real estate operations, onboarding, or recruiting support
  • Familiarity with real estate technology and tools (e.g., MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, Listing Concierge)
  • Experience in event planning or fostering office culture and community initiatives
Pay Rate Range: $23.41 - $33.44 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
