Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives
Identify market opportunities and tailor strategies to regional dynamics
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and follow-up
Business Development & Customer Growth
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Sales Process & CRM Management
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) to track pipeline and customer interactions
Maintain accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making
Industry Engagement
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities
Act as a brand ambassador within the region
Consultative Selling Approach
Apply Challenger Sales methodology (Teach, Tailor, Take Control)
Educate customers and align solutions to their business needs
Guide prospects through complex sales processes
Collaboration & Team Contribution
Partner with internal teams to support customer success
Share insights and contribute to overall sales strategy and team performance
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Proven success selling technical solutions in a B2B environment
Experience managing full sales cycle and closing complex deals
Skills & Capabilities
Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to market changes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)
Experience or familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology
Experience building a territory from the ground up
Background in industrial, manufacturing, or technical solution sales
Experience working independently in a regional role

Base Salary: Competitive (DOE)
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Commission-based with strong upside
