Regional Sales Manager, TX, NM, CO, OK, AR

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience within: Packaging machinery, Capital equipment, Industrial automation, Manufacturing technology. Regional Sales Manager Role: Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Regional Sales Manager Role:

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
• Generate and qualify new opportunities for packaging machinery, integrated systems, and turnkey automation solutions.
• Drive the complete capital equipment sales process from initial customer engagement through contract award.
• Expand relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities throughout the region.
• Partner with technical sales and application engineering teams to develop customised packaging solutions.
• Present equipment recommendations, automation concepts, ROI analyses, and investment justifications.
• Participate in customer trials, solution reviews, and factory acceptance testing when appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with service, aftermarket, project management, and technical support teams
• Provide accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.

• Preferred experience selling into food, snack, frozen food, bakery, coffee, pet food, or consumer packaged goods manufacturers.
• Experience selling complex capital equipment projects with extended sales cycles.
• Experience working within multinational organisations and cross-functional teams.
