Honeywell is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales distribution team in North America. The Regional Sales Manager must be comfortable supporting their team in selling pump and compressor units and aftermarket solutions to channel partners and end users. Sundyne considers this to be a manager/sales position that both supports, implements and trains Area Sales Manager's (ASM's) on consultative sales techniques to provide the ASM with every opportunity for success.
General responsibilities include leading the sales teams to reach sales targets; hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Specifically, this leadership position supports ASM's across North America as well as channel partners and manufacturer''s representatives.
This position will work on a fully remote work schedule, plus 40% travel.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $100,800 - $126,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $100,800 - $126,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
