The Cary Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow a Southeast / South‑Central territory. This role provides full leadership responsibility for a distributed team of outside sales representatives across multiple states, with a strong focus on coaching, execution, and regional growth strategy.
This is a field‑oriented leadership role. While this position is posted in Atlanta, the role manages a multi‑state territory and requires regular travel throughout the region.

Compensation
Base Salary: $100,000–$130,000 (commensurate with experience)
