The Cary Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow a Southeast / South‑Central territory. This role provides full leadership responsibility for a distributed team of outside sales representatives across multiple states, with a strong focus on coaching, execution, and regional growth strategy.

This is a field‑oriented leadership role. While this position is posted in Atlanta, the role manages a multi‑state territory and requires regular travel throughout the region.

  • Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh market)

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $100,000–$130,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus Program: Performance‑based bonuses tied to team and individual results
  • Additional Incentives: Rewards for new customer acquisition and key performance milestones

  • Develops and executes regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Leads, coaches, and mentors a team of outside sales representatives across multiple states
  • Owns forecasting, pipeline health, and regional performance metrics
  • Builds strong relationships with key accounts and strategic prospects
  • Is comfortable managing a geographically dispersed, travel‑heavy territory
  • Collaborates effectively with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams
  • Brings a positive, accountable, and results‑driven leadership style

  • Proven success in sales leadership, ideally within industrial, packaging, or B2B distribution environments
  • Experience managing multi‑state or regional sales teams
