Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our growing team in the commercial work truck and van upfit industry. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives on developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering customized fleet solutions to customers across multiple industries.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding market share, building long-term customer partnerships, and driving profitable growth within your assigned territory. You will work directly with municipalities, dealerships, fleet customers, contractors, colleges and universities, and government organizations to provide industry-leading work truck and van equipment solutions.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience
Experience in one or more of the following industries:
Work truck
Commercial van equipment
Fleet services
Heavy equipment
Trailer, crane, or industrial equipment sales
Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce
