Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team within our Sales organization. This role is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and ensuring technical excellence through collaboration with both Sales Engineers and Technical Sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, technical solution selling, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Engineers and Technical Sales, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Field Operations Manager to align regional goals with corporate objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Ability to engage and connect at the C-suite level.
  • Drive technical enablement and solution positioning to support complex sales cycles.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years managing technical sales teams, or related experience.
  • Strong understanding of technical solution selling and enterprise-level customer engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to carry auto liability or minimum insurance due to automotive responsibilities.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $175,000-$210,000. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.

Sales Incentive Plan: This job is additionally eligible for participation in the organization's sales incentive plan
