Regional Sales Manager, SE – Lighting and Electrical Solutions
We’re seeking a field-based sales leadership role responsible for driving regional revenue growth within a commercial distribution channel. The position oversees a field sales team, manages strategic customer relationships, and supports business development initiatives to expand market presence and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional sales performance to achieve revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners and strategic accounts.
Develop and execute regional growth plans while identifying new business opportunities.
Manage key accounts and support product expansion within existing customer portfolios.
Maintain sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools.
Drive business development through new accounts, product introductions, and channel engagement.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for a field sales team.
Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with internal teams.
Qualifications
8+ years of relevant sales or channel experience
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
Demonstrated success in new business development
Effective communication and presentation skills at multiple organizational levels.
Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Environment
Regional travel required (approximately 50–75%).
Remote work environment when not traveling.
