The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for driving consistent execution of commercial strategy by ensuring Account Executives effectively translate business priorities, customer insights, and value-based selling principles into meaningful customer action and sustainable business growth. Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for driving consistent execution of commercial strategy by ensuring Account Executives effectively translate business priorities, customer insights, and value-based selling principles into meaningful customer action and sustainable business growth. This role is accountable for ensuring the region attains sales and margin objectives for CooperVision products. Provides leadership through coaching, developing, and directing a team of Account Executives while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance. Serves as the primary leader responsible for translating commercial strategy into regional execution plans that drive sustainable growth. Leads by example and partners cross-functionally to improve field execution, enhance customer outcomes, and develop future sales talent.
